CLE credit: Advanced Family Law Concepts Theory and Practice – Alimony, Property, and Tax issues

6 hours CLE credit including 1 hour of ethics

The program will focus on alimony and property division issues in Oklahoma matrimonial cases and includes a section on ethics. Topics include: Developments in alimony law and practice, identifying tax issues, identifying real and phantom income and use of the same, evidentiary issues, expert witnesses and Daubert issues, and ethics.
